Groundworks, Drainage & Concrete Frame Package

The 5 Golders Park Close project in London NW11 commenced in April 2024 and concluded successfully in August 2024. Working for the main contractor, Octa Construction, KYN Services delivered a complete groundwork, drainage, and reinforced concrete (RC) structure package.

Scope of Works: Site ground excavations, trenching and laying surface/foul water drainage pipe systems, steel reinforcement mesh/cage fixing, and shuttering formwork panels for columns, walls, and slabs before pouring and finishing structural concrete.
