Reinforced Concrete Basement Construction
The Portugal Road groundwork development commenced in August 2023 and was successfully completed within schedule constraints in June 2024. Working in collaboration with McLoughlin Groundworks Ltd, our skilled tradesmen handled all phases of structural sub-grade development.
Scope of Works: Full construction of a multi-room reinforced concrete (RC) basement. This included complex perimeter steel fixing, wall and slab formwork panel installation, and precision concrete pouring and powerfloat finishing strictly adhering to the structural engineer's drawing specifications.
