Residential Basement Construction Package
The Totteridge Village project commenced in October 2024 and is currently in active progress. KYN Services Ltd has been contracted by Progressive Design to deliver the complete substructure package for a premium residential property.
Scope of Works: Complex basement construction including deep excavation groundworks, drainage layouts, watertight membrane installation, and reinforced concrete (RC) frame structure build. Photos below showcase our team performing active site works.
